I formed Roger Stone Consultancy Limited in November 2002 to offer effective marketing solutions in three key areas :
  • defining or refining marketing strategy to ensure that it is consistent with company objectives, that it addresses market needs and that it makes the best use of available resources
  • product positioning, pricing, branding and messaging that develop the strengths of the product line and maximise margins
  • development of direct sales channels and the mix of online, telephone and face-to-face sales contacts

My skills have been developed over 20 years of marketing within both small and large organisations (see background).

My charges are based on results obtained and I work with clients to define as tightly as possible the goals and measurement systems for projects in which I am involved.
