Where the website does ask for personal information (e.g. on contact forms) the purpose for which it is required is stated clearly.  Otherwise neither the website nor Google try to identify individuals.

Roger Stone Consultancy may provide email news and updates about products and services, and also about marketing news and research when we believe it is of value to our prospects, customers and other contacts. These marketing emails will only be sent to those who have signed up to receive them.

  • to restrict any further processing of your data by HomeSmart including opting out (unsubscribing) from our marketing messages
  • to ask us to delete the data we hold on you (note: this does not cover data we hold for legal purposes, e.g. invoices over the last 7 years or outstanding payments, as well as in some cases of public or legitimate interest)
